From Charlotte via HWY 24/27 East

1. Travel east on Albemarle Road, which becomes NC 24-27 East.
2. Take NC 24-27 East through Midland and Locust before reaching Albemarle.
3. Once in the city limits, turn left at the third light onto US 52 North Bypass.
4. Go to the third light and turn right onto Salisbury Avenue.
5. Take Salisbury Avenue to North Second Street (T-intersection).
6. Turn left onto North Second Street.
7. On North Second Street, take the second right onto Yadkin Street.
8. Travel up Yadkin Street past Yadkin Medical Office building. The medical center campus is on the left.

Note: If attending a meeting in the Family and Education Center, stay on North Second Street until you see signs for the medical center’s parking deck at Hawthorne Avenue and North Second Street. The parking deck can be accessed from either Hawthorne or North Second Street. The Family and Education Center can be entered from the parking deck.

From Charlotte via I-85

1. Take I-85 to 485 South.
2. Take 485 South to Exit 41 (Albemarle Road, NC 24-27).
3. After taking the exit, turn left onto NC 24-27 East toward Albemarle.
4. Take NC 24-27 East through Midland and Locust before reaching Albemarle.
5. Once in the city limits, turn left at the third light onto US 52 North Bypass.
6. Go to the third light and turn right onto Salisbury Avenue.
7. Take Salisbury Avenue to North Second Street (T-intersection).
8. Turn left onto North Second Street.
9. On North Second Street, take the second right onto Yadkin Street.
10. Travel up Yadkin Street past Yadkin Medical Office building. The medical center campus is on the left.

Note: If attending a meeting in the Family and Education Center, stay on North Second Street until you see signs for the medical center’s parking deck at Hawthorne Avenue and North Second Street. The parking deck can be accessed from either Hawthorne or North Second Street. The Family and Education Center can be entered from the parking deck.

From Salisbury via HWY 52 South

1. Take US 52 South to Albemarle (passing through Granite Quarry, Rockwell, Misenheimer, Pfeiffer University and Richfield).
   
2. Once in the city limits, turn left at the fourth light onto North Second Street.
   
3. On North Second Street, travel through the next light, and the medical center is on your left.
   
4. Turn left onto Hawthorne Avenue, and take the second right into the large parking lot.

Note: If attending a meeting in the Family and Education Center, turn into the driveway for the parking deck, which can be accessed from either North Second Street or Hawthorne Avenue.

From Concord via HWY 73

1. Take NC 73 East through Mt. Pleasant continuing on to Albemarle.
   
2. Once in the city limits, stay on NC 73 (Concord Road) and turn left at the first light onto West Main Street.
   
3. Turn left at the next light onto US 52 North Bypass.
   
4. Travel to the first light and turn right onto Salisbury Avenue.
   
5. Take Salisbury Avenue to North Second Street (T-intersection).
   
6. Turn left onto North Second Street.
   
7. On North Second Street, take the second right onto Yadkin Street.
   
8. Travel up Yadkin Street past Yadkin Medical Office building. The medical center campus is on the left.

From Raleigh via HWY 1

1. Take US 1 South to Sanford.
   
2. Merge onto US 15-501 South via the ramp on the left.
   
3. Merge onto NC 24-27 West.
   
4. Take NC 24-27 West through Carthage, Biscoe and Troy before reaching Albemarle.
   
5. Once in the city limits, go through the first light onto East Main Street.
   
6. Take East Main Street into downtown and turn right onto North Second Street.
   
7. Take North Second Street to Yadkin Street where you will turn right.
   
8. Travel up Yadkin Street past Yadkin Medical Office building. The medical center campus is on the left.

Note: If attending a meeting in the Family and Education Center, stay on North Second Street until you see signs for the medical center’s parking deck at Hawthorne Avenue and North Second Street. 1. Take US 64 to Asheboro.
   
2. In Asheboro, take NC 49 South to Richfield.
   
3. In Richfield, take US 52 South to Albemarle.
   
4. Once in the city limits, turn left at the fourth light on to North Second Street.
   
5. On North Second Street, travel through the next light, and the medical center campus is on your left.
   
6. Turn left onto Hawthorne Avenue, and take the second right into the large parking lot.

From Greensboro

1. Take US 220 South to Asheboro.
   
2. In Asheboro, take NC 49 South.
   
3. Stay on NC 49 South to Richfield.
   
4. In Richfield, turn left onto US 52 South.
   
5. Take US 52 South to Albemarle.
   
6. Once in the Albemarle city limits, turn left at the fourth light onto North Second Street.
   
7. On North Second Street, travel through the next light, and the medical center is on your left.
   
8. Turn left onto Hawthorne Avenue, and take the second right into the large parking lot.

1. To US 52 North through Norwood to Albemarle.
   
2. Once in the city limits, take US 52 North Business (First Street).
   
3. Stay on First Street and go to the fifth light at First Street and Salisbury Avenue.
   
4. Turn right onto Salisbury Avenue.
   
5. Take Salisbury Avenue to North Second Street (T-intersection).
   
6. Turn left onto North Second Street.
   
7. On North Second Street, take the second right onto Yadkin Street.
   
8. Travel up Yadkin Street past Yadkin Medical Office building. The medical center campus is on the left.
