As a patient, you may also be selected to participate in a satisfaction survey through Professional Research Consultants (PRC) anytime one to four weeks after your stay at Stanly Regional Medical Center. We contact patients by telephone so that we can learn ways to continually improve our service and quality of care. Individuals are asked about topics such as nursing and physician care, food and room cleanliness. Our goal is to provide care you feel is excellent. Our results are then compared to other medical centers across the nation.
