5-Star Award for Overall Quality of Care. Inpatient Rehabilitation has a passion for service and works hard all year long to be one of the best inpatient rehabilitation units in the nation. This award is given only to the Professional Research Consultants (PRC’s) top 10 percent in the nation in achieving responses on their patient satisfaction surveys throughout an entire year. Inpatient Rehabilitation also won a Gold Award for their Discharge Process. While the Inpatient Rehabilitation department has frequently achieved numerous awards in the past, they continue to work together to make improvements daily.
5-Star Award for Customer Service. Dr. Keenya Little, a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist, and her staff earned national recognition for outstanding customer service as a result of patient satisfaction surveys conducted by Professional Research Consultants (PRC), one of the country’s most reputable research firms.
As evidenced by the survey results, Dr. Little and her staff ranked above the 90th percentile of all clinics in PRC’s database in every category, including Overall Quality of Care.
Dr. Little sees patients at Stanly Medical Services – Women’s Services in Suite 102 of the Yadkin Medical Office Building, 105 Yadkin St., Albemarle. In this office, Dr. Little teams with two more board-certified obstetrician-gynecologists: Dr. Tim Hall and Dr. Ed Williams. The three physicians also see patients at Stanly Regional West in Locust.
