Therapy
Stanly Manor offers physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy services. Whether an individual requires short-term inpatient rehabilitation following an illness or injury, outpatient therapy or extensive long-term care, the rehabilitation services professionals at Stanly Manor work to create a personalized treatment plan to address each person’s needs, goals and capabilities. Stanly Manor believes in helping people achieve the highest level of independence possible.
Skilled Nursing Services
For people needing skilled nursing services, Stanly Manor works in an interdisciplinary process with your primary care physician, specialist and other medical professionals to develop a plan of care for your needs. Stanly Manor has qualified nursing staff 24 hours a day and an administrative staff with years of experience in geriatric care. The medical director is actively involved in our patients’ care and accessible to nursing staff 24 hours a day.
Social Services
A full-time social worker is available to assist residents and families with counseling, education and support services. Our social worker can offer information on financial resources in the community and provide discharge planning services for those planning to return back into the community.
Beauty and Barber Services
Stanly Manor offers a full-service beauty salon with a licensed beautician who is available to provide weekly beauty and barber services to our residents.
Dietary
The dietary staff at Stanly Manor is trained in preparing therapeutic diets, including nutritious meals and snacks. Stanly Manor Dietary provides a select menu daily, where residents may choose from several items for optimal quality of life. Dietary operates under the direction of a certified food service manager and licensed dietitian.
Activities
Stanly Manor's activity director plans a calendar of events for all levels of care within the facility. Activities are therapeutic and include outings to the community as well as programs on Stanly Manor's campus.
Maintenance and Housekeeping
Housekeeping and maintenance services are available for all residents to ensure a clean, safe and pleasant environment.
